We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before booking.
Cancellation windows are measured in hours before the confirmed start of your rental. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

| 7 days or more (168 hours or more) | Full refund — no charge |
| More than 3 days, up to 7 days (72–167 hours) | Your 30% deposit is retained; any amount paid above the deposit is refunded |
| More than 1 day, up to 3 days (24–71 hours) | No refund |
| Less than 24 hours before start or no-show | Reviewed individually — please contact TEMPO as soon as possible |

Cancellations are only valid when confirmed in writing by TEMPO Cycle Hub.
In exceptional circumstances (extreme weather, injury with medical certificate, etc.), cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
