Konrad Dąbkowski

Professional cycling taught us that the best experience is built before the ride begins — preparation, equipment, logistics and knowing the road.
Konrad started cycling at 10 and built a career as a professional track sprinter, competing on velodromes around the world. He won European Championship medals, claimed the Polish national title eight times and set national records. In his later seasons he moved to the road, taking victories on the UCI calendar.

His bond with Mallorca began in 2012 at a pre-season training camp. He has lived on the island since 2018 and covered more than 100,000 km by bike and motorcycle, learning its finest roads.

Daniel Dąbkowski
Community Manager • Technology • Media
With a master's in cybersecurity and IT, Daniel has always been fascinated by technology. At TEMPO he is Community Manager — running the website, social media, video and visual design, and shaping a cohesive, modern brand voice.
Away from work he's a man of many passions — electronics projects, filming and editing, and the latest tech. A film lover and a keen cyclist with ultramarathon experience. His versatility makes him TEMPO's walking encyclopedia — if something seems too hard, Daniel is probably already working on it.
