What are the recommendations regarding cyclist equipment, such as helmets or reflectors?

We provide every equipment you might need; shoes, pedals, helmets... However, we suggest you bring your how shoes and helmet from home.

What are the skill requirements for participants’ cycling abilities?

Mallorca has a variety of routes to offer for every level of cycling. Our guides are well prepared to adapt to everything, and either push you to your limit or having a calm, technical ride.

Are there designated stops for meals or rest during the route?

One of the best part, and most expected, of our guidings are the coffee stops. And when we say coffee, we mean sweets!!! Every pedal stroke is well rewarded with a delicious piece of cake.
We can also close the guiding with lunch in a local restaurant.

What are the planned routes for the cycling tour?

Our team plans the routes according to your expectations, level of cycling and amount of km you desire to accomplish. However, your guide is open to discuss ideas together, as the perfect route is the one in which everyone feels confortable.

During the tour, is there guided support or logistical assistance provided?

Yes, during the tour, guided support and logistical assistance are provided.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bank transfer, card and cash payment. Let us know your invoicing details and payment method when making your reservation.

Are there any cancellation policy?

Yes, they are indeed. To formalize your reservation, we will request a non refundable 30% on behalf. This will cover our fees in case of cancellation.

What are the tourist attractions along the cycling tour route?

Mallorca has a wide range of attractions and breathtaking views to offer. We ensure that whatever the route chosen, you will not miss the wonders that the island has to offer. However, if you have in mind something in specific, just let us know and we will make it happen.
